Shipping, Refunds and Returns.

• Return Approval: Please email us for prior approval before returning any item. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. We will provide you with return shipping details upon approval.
• Returnable Items: Non-perishable items that are unopened and unused can be returned within thirty days of shipment for a refund, exchange, or credit. After thirty days, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued.
• Opened Products: Opened products are not returnable unless they are defective or do not meet our quality standards. If you encounter any issues, please contact us, and we will assist with a replacement.
• Condition of Returns: Ensure that returned products are in a saleable condition. We cannot accept items that are opened, damaged, or show signs of excessive exposure to heat or light. Proper packing and delivery precautions are your responsibility until we receive the returned product.
• Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• Refunds and Credits: Refunds will incur a 20% restocking fee. Credits or exchanges for higher-priced items will incur a 10% restocking fee. For exchanges, any difference in price will be handled as a credit or an additional charge. Refunds for lower-priced exchanges will involve a 10% restocking fee on the new item and a 20% fee on the difference.
